If Alipay marketing materials are to be believed, Apple will release iOS 13.4 to the public on March 17.
Apple seeded the first beta of iOS 13.4 to beta testers and developers in the first week of February. The company released the fifth beta of the OS last week. iOS 13.4 is going to be a major point release that among other things will add Alipay support to Apple Pay. Since this will be a big deal for Alipay users in China, it makes sense that Alipay has relevant marketing materials ready for iOS 13.4’s release. The OS will also finally debut iCloud Folder sharing which Apple had first announced with the release of iOS 13 at WWDC 2019.

However, Apple could push back the release of iOS 13.4 by a week or two due to the COVID-19 outbreak which has forced the company to shut all its retail stores outside of China until March 27 and ask its employees to work from home.
iOS 13.4 will likely be the last major release of the OS before Apple gets around to focusing on iOS 14 which will come with home screen improvements, third-party wallpaper integration, a new AR app, iMessage improvements, system-wide mouse cursor support, and more.
