Apple has released the fifth developer beta for macOS Mojave 10.14.6. The latest developer beta doesn’t seem to come with changes or improvements. Like most of the developer beta releases, the fifth developer beta for macOS Mojave 10.14.6 focusses on improving performance and fixing bugs.
macOS Catalina is the next big update and is expected to arrive this fall. Meanwhile, Apple is also beta testing iOS 12.4 and the update is said to herald with support for Apple Card. It is worth noting that the Apple Card is expected to be launched this fall and is currently being tested.
If you are a registered developer, update macOS Mojave beta by heading over to System Preferences app> Software update and follow the instructions. macOS Mojave 10.14.6 is likely to be the last update to macOS Mojave as Apple will soon move on to macOS Catalina.
macOS Catalina features a new Apple Music App, Podcasts app and Apple TV app that comes in as a replacement for iTunes. iTunes is being slowly phased out in favor of new, separate services. Furthermore, it also comes equipped with a Sidecar feature that will allow you to use an iPad as a secondary screen.
As of now, we have not spotted any new features on the latest macOS developer beta. If we spot new features on the developers beta, the article will be updated accordingly.
