With less than 5 days to go for the hugely anticipated September 12 media event, Apple has started preparing Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco where the event will be held.
The exterior graphics for such events are typically tied to the graphics found on the invitation sent for the event, but Apple has been using its logo for iPad launch events.
Based on the initial progress photos posted by MacStories, it looks like Apple is planning to use its logo for this event as well.
The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM Pacific or 1:00 PM Eastern.

As expected, the banner outside Yerba Buena Center is almost ready and as we had predicted Apple has used its logo. The colorful banner looks like the iPad 3 event signature
