If your iPad Pro is still becoming unresponsive from time to time, you should update to iOS 9.2 if you haven’t already. A new Apple support document confirms the latest upgrade might fix the issues that have been plaguing many iPad Pro users since it made its official debut.

Rolled out to the public on Tuesday, iOS 9.2 delivers a whole bunch of fixes and improvements, including enhancements to the Safari View Controller, NumberSync for those on AT&T, and more. It may also fix unresponsiveness on iPad Pro, Apple says.

A support document on the company’s website regarding this issue now reads:

To get back to using your iPad Pro, force restart it by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Updating your iPad Pro to iOS 9.2 or later might prevent this issue from occurring in the future.

It’s important to note that Apple says iOS 9.2 might fix iPad Pro unresponsiveness — not will fix it. That means that even after updating to its latest firmware, you may still experience these issues — in which case you’ll have to keep force-restarting until it’s fixed for good.

Did iOS 9.2 fix iPad Pro unresponsiveness for you, or are you still experiencing this issue? Let us know down in the comments.
