Pangu recently demoed the iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak for 64-bit devices and there are speculations that the jailbreak may be released as soon as next week.
iOS 10.3.1 is the latest signed firmware available for iOS devices, however, it won’t be long before the iOS 10.3.2 update is released as it is currently in its fifth beta. Given the imminent release of a new jailbreak and a new firmware update dropping soon, here’s how you should prepare your iPhone for an iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak.

Backup Your iPhone Using iTunes

The first thing that you have to do before jailbreaking your iOS device is to take a backup of it using iTunes. If you don’t know how, then read this article:
Update to iOS 10.3.1 If Not Jailbroken
iOS 10.3.1 is the latest signed firmware that is currently available to most iOS devices. If you’ve already jailbroken your iPhone or iPad, then we would strongly recommend that you avoid updating to iOS 10.3.1 until the jailbreak is released. If that’s not the case and you’re residing on a firmware that can’t be jailbroken, such as iOS 10.3, then it is a smart move to update to iOS 10.3.1 now and be prepared for the jailbreak.
iOS 10.3.2 is currently in its fifth beta and would be released to the public very soon. The iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak is speculated to be released next week and if iOS 10.3.2 were to be released at the same time, users would still have a chance to upgrade to iOS 10.3.1 as Apple usually leaves the signing window open for a week or two before closing.
To update to iOS 10.3.1, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Download and Install.
