Unlike the iPhone X and similar to the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, Apple is offering the iPhone XS series in three different colors: Space Gray, Silver, and a shiny new Gold. Between the three colors, which one should you buy? Which is right for you? Let’s us help you decide.
Irrespective of which color you go with, it is important to note that all iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max variants feature a stainless steel chassis with glass front and back. And for all the three colors, the iPhone comes with a black front. This is because it allows Apple to better hide the notch which otherwise would be glaringly obvious with a white front.
1. Space Gray
It does not matter how beautiful the iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max looks. Ultimately, due to its glass construction, everyone will be slapping a case on the handset. So, it makes sense to simply go ahead and buy the handset in Space Gray color. The handsets look super stealthy in this color and it goes well with the all-black front as well.
Even better, the stainless steel chassis has a matte finish which makes it less impervious to fingerprints and it shows scratches less easily as well. Do note that the back of the Space Gray iPhone XS or XS Max will be a fingerprint magnet though.
I have always been a fan of black smartphones so my vote will be to buy the iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max in Space Gray color.

2. Silver
Go for the Silver iPhone XS or XS Max if you want a blingy looking smartphone. Apart from a silver/white rear panel, this color also gives a shiny finish to the steel chassis. This means it will easily show scratches and scuffs, though the Silver rear panel does a better job than the Space Gray panel at hiding fingerprints.
3. Gold
This is the new addition to iPhone XS lineup this year. The Gold iPhone XS and XS Max is an amalgamation of the Gold and Rose Gold colors that Apple had offered previously. To go along with the Gold back, the chassis also has a tinge of gold which gives it a very attractive and shiny look.
If you want an iPhone XS or XS Max that stands out from the crowd, with a royal look and finish, the Gold color is the one you should go for. It looks far more premium than the Space Gray and Silver color options. Put the phone inside a transparent case and you will be sorted for good.

Which Color iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max Are You Buying?
