Customizing your iOS device is one of the staples of jailbreaking, which is why you’ll find an array of amazing customization tweaks in Cydia. CCPlus is the latest addition to the group that brings a fresh new look to your iOS 10 Control Center.

This new jailbreak tweak allows you to customize some of the aspects of Control Center to make it look more stylish or minimalist. It offers a range of options from changing the background color of Control Center to hiding some of its sections. Here’s all the features that CCPlus provides:

  • Choose from 6 different styles of background ranging from dark mode to transparent background
  • Add a custom color tint to the background
  • When there’s a music playing, the tweak changes the color of the background based on the dominant color of the song’s album artwork
  • Hide Night Shift, AirPlay and AirDrop buttons
  • Remove the dark overlay behind Control Center
  • Hide the Control Center pagination dots
  • Use white text instead of the default text color

After you install CCPlus, you can enable and disable each of these options via the tweak’s dedicated preferences pane in Settings. After you make the changes, make sure that you respring your device for the new effects to take place.

CCPlus offers very basic customization options and if that’s all you need, then it may be a good tweak for you. Otherwise, if you’re looking for a fully-featured customization tool for Control Center, then you may want to check out tweaks such as Onizuka, Horseshoe, and HideMeX.

Nonetheless, CCPlus is available for free in Cydia’s BigBoss repo and is worth a shot if you’d like to check out its features. Make sure to drop a comment below and let us know what you think about this new tweak.
