Watch HD videos - iPhone 6 Plus

When you’re watching a video on your iPhone or playing a game, it can get quite annoying when you receive constant notifications and the banner keeps on popping up on your screen. NoBanner is a new jailbreak tweak that aims to get rid of this annoyance.

As you might have guessed by now, the tweak disables push notifications whenever you are watching a video on your iPhone. This means that as long as you are watching a video, the tweak will prevent notification banners from appearing on your screen. It provides a more seamless experience watching videos on your iPhone.

Once you install NoBanners, there are not much configurations to make. The tweak’s preferences pane features a toggle that allows you to enable or disable it whenever you want. Once enabled, you will no longer view the annoying notification banners while watching a video. More interestingly, you can also enable or disable it via FlipSwitch toggle.

You will also find a Vibrate toggle which vibrates your device every time you receive a notification rather than displaying it.

While users can disable specific app notifications from the Notifications section of Settings, it can become a hefty task to toggle off each one of them every time you want to watch a video.

NoBanner provides a quick and easy way of disabling notification banners automatically. It will come in handy in situations when you are constantly receiving notifications while watching a movie. The tweak has been tested with the stock Video app as well as the YouTube app and works perfectly.

If you’re interested to check out NoBanner, it is available for $1 on Cydia’s BigBoss repo. Sound off in the comments section below once you’ve given it a try.
