MultiDelete

Just as easy as it is to install apps on your iPhone, it can get quite frustrating if you have a bulk of useless apps which you want to delete from your device. MultiDelete is a new jailbreak tweak that makes it easier for users to remove a bunch of apps from their iOS device.

Normally, when you want to remove apps from your iPhone, you have to delete them one at a time rather than removing them in one go. MultiDelete makes this task easier by allowing you to delete multiple apps at once.

When you press and hold on an app icon to enter wiggle mode, you can tap on each app to select them. Doing so displays an ‘X’ badge at the corner of the app indicating that it has been selected. You can continue to select all the apps which you want to delete in the same manner.

Once you’re done, simply tap on the default ‘X’ button on one of the apps which you want to delete. A confirmation message will be displayed with the amount of apps to delete. Pressing the ‘Yes’ button will delete all the apps at once.

The tweak also comes with a preferences pane featuring only a kill switch toggle to enable or disable it whenever you want. Doing so requires you to respring your device.

MultiDelete is a very useful tool and is definitely a faster way of deleting multiple apps from your iPhone at once. Best of all, it is available as a free package on Cydia’s BigBoss repo.

Let us know what you think about the tweak once you’ve given it a try.
