Earlier today, Apple unveiled two iPhone 6s models at its special event at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. The first device, the iPhone 6s comes with a 4.7-inch display and the second, the iPhone 6s Plus, comes with a 5.5-inch display.
While we knew from rumors that it will be powered by a faster processor, and also come with better cameras, 3D Touch etc, we didn’t know the exact details of the internals. We have the full iPhone 6s specs sheet for you to cast your eyes over.
The shorter version: iPhone 6s features a 4.7-inch Retina HD display with 3D Touch with a resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels at a pixel density of 326ppi, faster A9 chip with embedded M9 motion processor, 12MP rear-facing iSight camera, 5MP front-facing FaceTime camera with Retina Flash, faster LTE modem, faster Wi-Fi and 2nd generation Touch ID.

Some aspects of the specifications like the number of cores in the A9 chip and the RAM aren’t known yet. We’ll get to know only when the iPhone has been disassembled.
The tech specs provides some interesting details that Apple didn’t tell us during the event. iPhone 6s is slightly bigger (2mm thicker, 1 mm wider and 2 mm taller) than the iPhone 6. It is also heavier than the iPhone 6.
