How to Install iOS 13 or iPadOS 13 Public Beta
It is highly recommended that you create a backup of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac before installing the public beta.
Step 1: Head over to Apple’s beta program website and click on the Sign Up/Sign in button.
Step 2: From the page that opens, select the OS whose beta program you want to join.
Under the second point of the guide, you will find the link to download the beta profile or the macOS Public Beta utility.
For iPhone and iPad, you will need to visit this website from the device itself. Download the beta profile from the link and proceed to install it.
With the beta profile installed, restart your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Then on your iOS device, head over to Settings -> General -> Software Update and you should see the iOS 13/iPadOS 13 public beta update available for download.
For Macs, go to System Preferences -> Software Update to download the macOS Catalina public beta after installing the public beta utility.
