Up until now, Uber’s app has only allowed riders to save locations of their home and office for quick and easy travel. But that’s not the only places where people travel frequently. So, Uber is introducing Saved Places feature that lets riders bookmark their frequently visited places.

Riders can save addresses in Uber with their own custom name, including emoji, so that they can easily recall it.

Here’s how Uber explains the feature will work:

Once en route to a favorite place, riders should look for the option to save that address in the Uber feed.  To access a saved address, tap “Where to?”, and then “more saved places” and select from the list.

In addition, the Uber app will automatically predict if a rider is trying to go to one of their saved locations and show up the same on their home screen shortcut.

For now, Uber is bringing its Saved Places feature to iOS and Android users only in the US, with the feature set to expand internationally later this year.
