The Unc0ver team has updated its tool to add jailbreak support for iPhone XS, iPhone XR, and the iPhone 11/Pro running iOS 13 – iOS 13.3. This makes it the first tool in the world capable of jailbreaking A12/A13 Bionic devices running iOS 13.
Unc0ver 4.0.0 has full-fledged support for A12/A13 Bionic devices with Cydia and system-wide injection. Since Saurik has not updated Cydia Substrate for A13 devices, the latest release of Unc0ver relies on Substitute for tweak injection.
#unc0ver v4.0.0 is NOW OUT – Now with full-fledged support for A12-A13 devices on iOS 13.0-13.3 with Cydia and system-wide tweak injection!

Since this is the first release of the jailbreak tool for iOS 13, there are still a number of issues that need to be resolved. Many users who have already jailbroken their iPhone report they have been unable to download and install new apps after jailbreaking their device. Other issues include the jailbreak process failing for many, random system crashes, and more. There are likely going to be more issues and the Unc0ver team will release a bug fixing update within the next few days. You can always hold out for a bug-fixing release before jailbreaking your iPhone if stability is of utmost importance to you.
Do note that Unc0ver 4.0 only supports A12 and A13 Bionic devices. It does not support A11/iPhone X or older devices. Checkra1n already supports iPhone X and older devices running iOS 13 – iOS 13.3.1 so Unc0ver not supporting them should not be a cause of concern.
