Apple has released iOS 13.1.1 and iPadOS 13.1.1 for iPhone and iPad. Both of them are minor updates that focus on fixing security issues and performance issues. Head over to Settings > General > Software Update to update your device to iOS 13.1.1 and iPadOS 13.1.1.
The iOS 13.1.1 and iPadOS 13.1.1 fix the third-party keyboard vulnerability revealed by Apple earlier this week. Furthermore, the iOS 13.1.1 release note says that Apple has fixed an issue that can potentially prevent the iPhone from restoring a backup. Users were facing abnormal battery drain after updating to iOS 13 and the latest update fixes the issue.
The update also fixes an issue that could potentially impact Siri requests on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Below are some of the bugs that have been resolved on iOS 13.1.1.

Previously the iOS 13.1 added Share ETA function, support for audio sharing, Shortcut animations and more. Apparently Apple is already readying the IOS 13.2 beta and it might be released in the near future.
