Kodi is a very popular media player and streaming app that allows users to store and access various kind of content right from their iOS devices, ranging from movies and TV shows to songs and pictures. It also supports streaming media content over the internet.
The best thing about Kodi is that it supports a wide range of devices including iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux. Interestingly enough, it allows users to install third-party addons that enhance the user experience. Some example of add-ons include Exodus for streaming movie and TV shows online, weather forecasts, email clients and more.
A new Nightly build is now available for Kodi, namely Kodi 18 Leia. It is currently under development, but the iPA has been made available for iOS users and doesn’t require a jailbreak. The latest update brings new improvements to Kodi along with a slightly redesigned UI. Keep in mind that this is currently a development build and may contain issues.
How to Install Kodi 18 iPA for iOS on iPhone or iPad
Step 1: Download the Kodi 18 file, then download Cydia Impactor from here.
Step 2: Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer using a USB cable.
Step 3: Open Cydia Impactor and drag and drop the Kodi 18 iPA file onto it.
Step 4: You’ll be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password, which is sent to Apple to generate a signing certificate. To stay on the safe side, you can create a new Apple ID and use that instead.
Step 5: Once you enter your Apple ID information, Cydia Impactor will begin installing Kodi 18 onto your device. After it’s done, you should see the app’s icon on your device’s Home screen.
Step 7: Find the profile labelled with your Apple ID and open it.
Step 8: Tap on the Trust button.
Step 9: Go back to the Home screen and open Kodi.
That’s it. You have successfully installed Kodi 18 iPA on your iPhone without even having to jailbreak. You can now proceed with installing your favorite Kodi addons as well as storing media content.
