How to check iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pre-order status

If you’ve pre-ordered the iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus for the launch day, you might be anxiously wondering the current status of your order.  For that reason, we’ve put together his guide that shows how to check your iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pre-order status. Find out if your delivery will arrive on September 25th or another date ahead. 

Apple

If you pre-ordered your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus through the Apple website, the best way to check the pre-order status is to use the Apple Store app (iTunes link). Tap on the Account tab, followed by Orders, and then tap on your order number to check the status.

You can also visit this order status page  on your desktop and sign in with your Apple ID account to check the status of your order. You can also sign into your Apple Support Profile and check if the iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus is listed as a device. If it is, then the smartphone has been prepared for shipment and should be en route.

AT&T

AT&T provides two ways to track your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus pre-order through their Wireless Order Status page. You can search for your order using your order information by selecting Order Number, Wireless Number, Contact Number, Order Confirmation ID or Account Number and then entering your search information, followed by your ZIP Code. You can also log into your AT&T account with your username and password.

Verizon

Check your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus pre-order status on Verizon by going to their Order Status page and signing in to your Verizon account or by entering your order number and last name.

Sprint

Check your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus pre-order status on Sprint by going to their My Order page and entering your order number. Your order status should be available 24 hours after making the purchase.

T-Mobile

If you are activating a new line on T-Mobile in the United States, you can use the carrier’s Order Status Lookup Page to check your pre-order status. Your order must have been placed through T-Mobile’s website or 1-800-T-MOBILE. You will need to enter your order number, billing ZIP code and last name to track your order. T-Mobile began accepting iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus pre-orders on September 12th.

FedEx or UPS

  • UPS Tracking Packages Page — Enter your tracking number for iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus. Tip: Users who have pre-ordered from Apple.com can also use a trick to find their tracking number on UPS even before you get an email from Apple with the tracking. Fill the form on UPS.com, and use the phone number associated with your order as the reference number. If that phone number doesn’t work, try using the phone number associated with your wireless account or the number you used to upgrade. You can also try the phone number associated with your Apple ID or your billing address phone number. If that doesn’t work, then try entering your Apple Order number.
  • FedEx Tracking Page — Enter your tracking number for iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus or track by reference number using your billing phone number or order confirmation number

According to reports, Apple has already started shipping the first batch of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus orders from China to customers.
