One of my favorite watch as a teenager was the calculator watch made by Casio, pretty much like the one in the image above. You can still get one for $15.
The cool thing is that if you’re feeling nostalgic, then you can now turn your Apple Watch into a Casio with a new Calculator Watch app called Geek Watch.
The app brings the Casio Calculator user interface to the Apple Watch. They’ve replaced the “Casio” brand with “Geekio” to avoid getting into trouble, but as you can see it is heavily inspired by the popular calculator watch.
As TechCrunch points out, since Apple doesn’t allow third-party Watch faces, you’ll still have some borders and text around the edges, without which it would have been perfect.
Geek Watch is available on the App Store for $1 (iTunes link).You can also unlock 9 other watch models via in-app purchase. It is just a novelty, as the buttons which worked just fine on the Casio Calculator watch, are too small for a touch-screen. Also Apple Watch apps like PCalc come with a more functional user interface, and offer a lot more features.
