Hotstar is probably the best place to watch the ICC World Cup matches. The app will show all matches to the app user, for free. The live stream will be available in the following countries: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan, Bangladesh, United States of America, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
If you’re in one of the listed countries, you don’t have to do a lot. Just download the app, sign up for an account. If you want, you can pay for Hotstar VIP, but you don’t have to. Then just open the app when the match starts. Alternatively, you can also stream the matches from Hotstar’s website.
If you’re not in one of the supported countries, you can still watch the live streams from Hotstar. All you really need is a fast enough VPN service such as Private Internet Access. 7. Sky Go NZ
If you’re in New Zealand, you can use your local Sky Go account to live stream the matches. You’ll need to download the separate Sky Go NZ app though.

8. SuperSport
SuperSport is a specialized sports streaming application for the sub-Saharan region. You can use the app to watch sports like Football, Cricket, Rugby, Golf, Tennis, Motorsport and more. The app features simple and modern design making it easy to navigate. The app though isn’t supported in the entire African continent. According to the app’s guidelines “Live streaming is available to DStv Premium, Compact and Compact Plus subscribers using their Connect IDs, within Sub-Saharan Africa and surrounding areas only.”

ESPN does quite a lot of stuff. If you want an app that’s all about cricket, check out Willow TV. It’s the official broadcaster of Cricket matches in US and Canada. The app gives you everything you need to know about cricket matches. It makes it easy to follow the updates, scores and to watch the matches live. If you’re already subscribed to Willow TV, you can just log into the app with your service provider ID and start watching. The following providers are supported: Dish, Spectrum, Optimum, and FIOS TV.

Wavo is a standalone streaming service from OSN. If you’re in the Middle East or South Africa, you should take a look at Wavo. Wavo has official streaming rights to ICC World Cup so you can expect to catch up on all 48 matches using the mobile app.

Bonus: Follow Along Using Google
If you don’t want to stream the entire match but you want constant updates of the score (for example, if you’re a work when there’s a match going on), just use Google or Siri. You don’t need to download a specialized app. Just google for World cup match scores or the teams that are currently playing. Google will itself give you a beautiful visual breakdown of the scores and details based on the batsman, bowlers, and the wickets.
