WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps out there, and its latest update for the iOS update brings new functions to the table for iPhone 6s and 6s Plus owners.
The update for WhatsApp brings the version up to 2.12.8, and its biggest new feature is support for Apple’s 3D Touch. This means that WhatsApp users will be able to access Peek and Pop for links embedded in messages, as well as images, contact cards, videos, as well as locations.
The update also includes optimizations for languages, and the standard bug fixes:

- 3D Touch: Support for 3D Touch on iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. You can now quickly Peek and Pop pictures, videos, links, contact cards, and locations you send and receive in chats.
- The WhatsApp interface is now mirrored and optimized for right-to-left languages like Arabic (iOS 9+).
- Bug fixes
For iOS 9 users, hopefully Quick Reply comes to the app in the next update.
