With the release of iOS 9.3’s first beta, CarPlay saw some new support added to the mix. To help keep up attention, Apple’s updated its dedicated page for all things CarPlay.
The page is a nice look at the state of CarPlay support right now, which is apparently going strong. According to Apple, there are over 100 models to choose from a wide range of auto manufacturers. Apple adds that “every major automobile manufacturer currently offers models that support CarPlay or is planning to introduce them.”
The list includes manufacturers like Audi, Citroen, GMC, Ferrari, Honda, and Mercedes-Benz.
If you’ve been thinking about buying a new car, and want to know if it supports CarPlay, check out the source link below to sift through the manufacturers list, including the vehicles that support Apple’s in-car system.
Apple included support for Apple Music’s “New” and “For You” in CarPlay, and now Maps will show you where you can pick up groceries, buy coffee, or get food with a new Nearby feature.
