Auxo 2 is $3.99 on Cydia in the BigBoss repository.
Activator
Activator has long been one of the most popular jailbreak tweaks, thanks to the hard work of iOS developer Ryan Petrich. The tweak enables you to assign custom gestures to certain actions, such as triple-tapping the home button to open the Safari app. Activator is also deeply integrated into several other tweaks, making this a must-have package if you are a jailbroken user. Activator is free on Cydia.
ProWidgets
ProWidgets is a widget suite and framework for both iPhone and iPad, and there are several different ProWidgets available on Cydia that have been released as a result. These widgets can let you perform quick tasks anywhere, as they can be activated right on top without disturbing your workflow. ProWidgets is $2.99 on Cydia in the BigBoss repository.
CleverPin
CleverPin is a useful jailbreak tweak that makes password protection smarter on the iPad. Springtomize 3
Italian developer Filippo Bigarella’s Springtomize 3 lets you customize nearly every aspect of your iPad, including animations, app sliders, dock, folders, icons, lock screen, pages, status bar and more. CCControls
CCControls is advertised as the real Control Center you have been looking for, allowing you to fully customize the look, feel and functionality of the swipe-up menu. The tweak includes Flipswitch integration, over a dozen themes, Lock screen restrictions, multi rows, the ability to customize the order of toggles, SystemInfo support and more. CCControls is free on Cydia in the ModMyi repository.
Cydget
Apple might have introduced Notification Center widgets in iOS 8, but what if you want to use them elsewhere? Cydget remains one of the best jailbreak extensions for doing so, enabling iPad users to have a fully customizable Lock screen with widgets. Many HTML Lock screens have been ported to work with Cydget as well. The tweak is free on Cydia and included in the default sources.
BytaFont 2
BytaFont 2 allows you to set a custom font systemwide on your iPad, with dozens of fonts available on Cydia in the “Fonts (BytaFont 2)” section. The custom font will appear virtually everywhere, ranging from the Lock screen and Home screen to stock and third-party apps. The only exception is that not all Cydgets are compatible with the custom fonts. BytaFont 2 is free on Cydia in the ModMyi repo.
Zeppelin
If you want to replace the carrier name or simply “iPad” that shows up in the top-left section of your status bar on iPad, look no further than Zeppelin. The tweak lets you effortlessly set a custom carrier logo on iPad, with a dozen logos included and additional ones available on Cydia. The preinstalled logos include ones for Apple, Android, Asteroids, Batman, Beats and more. Zeppelin is free on Cydia in the ModMyi repo.

There is a huge theming community that exists for iOS devices, resulting in dozens of iPad themes to choose from. Winterboard is free on Cydia.

The tweak has simple gestures and can be customized with Activator. VideoPane by Ryan Petrich is $1.99 on Cydia in the BigBoss repo.

There are several modes to choose from, including page fade, spin, carousel, icon roll and vortex. Barrel is $2.99 on Cydia from the BigBoss repo.

SwipeSelection Pro
SwipeSelection Pro aims to be a new way of editing text on iOS using keyboard-based gestures to move the cursor and select text. You can adjust the swipe sensitivity, cursor speed and which portion of the keyboard can be swiped, alongside several other features. If you’re looking to make your keyboard experience more intuitive on iPad, SwipeSelection Pro is $1.99 on Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
iFile
Apple has received a lot of criticism for iOS because of how closed the platform is, at least compared to Android. One of the biggest complaints is that iOS devices do not have root filesystem access, but iFile solves that problem on jailbroken devices. If you are looking to view, manage and edit your iPad’s filesystem, iFile is the utility you need. The app is free on Cydia but requires a license.
F.lux
F.lux is a really interesting jailbreak tweak that warms up your screen depending on the lighting situation surrounding you. So if you are using your iPad at a bar or dark restaurant and noticing a blue hue emanating from the screen, this jailbreak tweak is designed for you. Each evening at sunset, the tweak warms up your screen’s colors. At dawn, it returns to daylight colors. F.lux is free on Cydia.
NoSlowAnimations
Apple introduced a lot of animations that are annoying slow in iOS 7, so you can only imagine what NoSlowAnimations is for. You guessed it: the jailbreak tweak speeds up slow animations on iPad to be much faster. For the best results, enable the Reduce Motion option in Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion. NoSlowAnimations is free on Cydia from the BigBoss repo.
iCleaner
When you jailbreak your iPad, or any device, there can often result in a lot of unnecessary caches and files that remain. For instance, random files from a jailbreak tweak can remain in your iPad’s filesystem even after you uninstall the package from Cydia. Enter iCleaner, a useful jailbreak tweak for cleaning up your iPad’s filesystem. The tweak is free on Cydia.
Infinidock
Infinidock, as you could guess by its name, lets you scroll infinitely through your dock. The tweak is the ultimate dock scrolling and customization tool, and it’s developed by a popular member of the jailbreaking community in Grant Paul (chpwn). You can even set how many icons per page you want, and give your dock pages. Infinidock is available on the Cydia Store.
Nitrous
Give your apps a speed boost with Nitrous, which unlocks the faster Nitro JavaScript JIT compiler that is normally reserved for Apple’s stock apps on iOS devices. Nitro is said to dramatically improve JavaScript performance in web-oriented apps like Chrome, Facebook, Twitter, Alien Blue and Dolphin, with up to 4 to 5 times faster speeds. Nitrous is 99 cents on Cydia in the BigBoss repo.

If you are not interested in using Auxo 2 on iPad, then perhaps Imperium HD will suit your needs. The tweak is designed to be a completely new and improved app switcher for iPads, based on Mission Control in OS X and LaunchPad. Its features include killing all background apps with a single swipe, taking a quick photo, getting song lyrics and more. Imperium HD is 99 cents on Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
