It is almost certain that iPhone 5S will be available in gold.
Folks at Japanese Weekly magazine ASCII (via Sony Dickson) have published photos of what appears to be the iPhone 5S rear shell in black, silver and the new gold color.
It is difficult to figure out the color in the above photo. But you get a much better idea of what the gold iPhone will look like in the photo below, where the gold iPhone 5S rear shell has been photographed along with the black iPhone 5 and a white iPhone 5 (in a transparent case).
The gold color looks quite elegant. It’s less gold and more champagne as rumors have indicated.
Apple is widely expected to unveil iPhone 5S and the rumored lower-cost iPhone 5C at a media event on September 10, followed by the launch on September 20.
Since iPhone 5S is going to look like the iPhone 5, we expect the gold color to be quite popular as it is going to be only way to tell people that you have the new iPhone.
