If you’re like me, you come across interesting YouTube videos all the time. Someone shares a link with you in WhatsApp. A creator you follow raves about a video they loved on Twitter. You discover a Reddit thread filled with gems. But there’s no way you can watch those videos right then. You’re only goofing off from work for 15 minutes, you don’t actually have the time to watch that 5-minute video right now. And so that video is lost in the oblivion that is your browser history.
But what if that wasn’t the case? What if you could bookmark web videos from everywhere and come back to them whenever you wanted? Vookmark makes that possible.
What Vookmark Does and Where It Works
Vookmark offers extensions for Safari and Chrome on PC. And apps for iOS, Android and Apple TV. The extensions are used for bookmarking videos. The iOS and Android app can be used for both bookmarking and viewing videos.
Once you’ve installed the extension, you’ll find a Vookmark icon in YouTube video pages and anywhere there’s a link to a video. When you open the iOS or Apple TV app, your latest saved videos will be right there. Tap on a video to start playback.

How To Save Video to Vookmark
First, download the extension for Safari or Chrome, depending on which browser you use. Then click on the Vookmark icon from the extensions bar. The first time you do this, you’ll be asked to create an account.
Once that’s done, there are multiple ways to save a video to Vookmark.
Save a video from YouTube page: When you open a YouTube video page, you’ll find a Vookmark icon next to the title.
Save a video from Reddit: Any link on Reddit that’s a video will have a little Vookmark icon next to it. Click on it to save the video.
Using iOS extension: Vookmark’s iOS app has a share sheet extension. So either open a YouTube webpage or go to the YouTube app, find a video and hit the Share button. Then from the middle row, swipe all the way to the end a tap on More. From here enable Vookmark. From now on, just tap the Vookmark icon in the Share sheet to save a video.
How To Watch Saved Videos on iPhone and Apple TV
Just open the app on your iPhone and you’ll see the watch list there. Tap on a video to start playback. To favorite a video, tap on the heart button. You can view all your favorite videos from the Favourites tab.
On the Apple TV, launch the app and then login with your details. All your saved videos will be right there. Click on a video to start playback.
How Do You Use Your Apple TV?
For me, the Apple TV is the best place to watch YouTube videos, Netflix, and stuff from my Plex server. Vookmark adds to that experience.
