iCloud Redesign

Apple today debuted a new beta version of the iCloud.com website with a new look. The new design primarily uses a black and white theme which is in stark contrast to the previous theme which used an array of colors.

The new website has smaller icons and features a new Reminders web app. Otherwise, the new site does not seem to have any major changes or offer anything new in terms of functionality.

The new UI does look better than the existing theme. However, I can’t help but feel that Apple should have offered a dark theme as well since that would have fit perfectly with the Dark mode in iOS 13 and macOS Catalina.

Right now, this redesigned iCloud website is in beta but it should be made live to the public around the time iOS 13 is released. For now, you can access the new iCloud website from beta.icloud.com.
