Apple couldn’t let iOS have all the fun today! Safari has been bumped to 6.0.2, iPhoto to 9.4.2, and Aperture to 3.4.2 today with a raft of security updates (Safari), bug fixes, and some enhancements.
Safari
Looks like this was just a security update. Here is the info from the Security update page:

- Impact: Visiting a maliciously crafted website may lead to an unexpected application termination or arbitrary code execution
- Description: A time of check to time of use issue existed in the handling of JavaScript arrays. This issue was addressed through additional validation of JavaScript arrays.

iPhoto: What’s New in Version 9.4.2
- Photos now can be added to shared streams or My Photo Stream by dragging them to “Photo Stream” in the source list
- Multiple email addresses can now be copied and pasted in the “Shared with” field for shared streams
