Apple has released the stable version of macOS Catalina 10.15.4 and tvOS 13.4 to compatible Macs and Apple TV models. The company had released and tested five developer beta versions of macOS 10.15.4 and tvOS 13.4 over the past month before releasing the stable version.

The company has finally released macOS Catalina 10.15.4 and tvOS 13.4 to the public. You can now download the update and install it on your iMac, iMac Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Minis, and Mac Pros from the Software Update section in the System Preferences app.

The first public beta of macOS Catalina 10.15.4 was released in the second week of February 2020, and since then, multiple beta versions were released to registered public beta users. The macOS Catalina 10.15.4 update brings time-synchronized lyrics in the Music app, and this feature was first released to iPhones and iPads through iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 updates. It also features Screen Time Communication Limits, a feature that was first released to the iPhone via the iOS 13.3 update.

There is also a new accessibility feature that lets users control the cursor using head movements via Mac’s built-in camera. Apple is also adding the universal app purchase feature for macOS and iOS apps via the update. References to AMD processors have been found inside macOS 10.15.4, leading many to believe that Apple has been testing Macs with AMD’s new Ryzen processors.

The tvOS 13.4 update doesn’t come with any user-facing features or changes, but the code reveals that Apple has been working on a new Apple TV 4K model, most probably with the A12 Bionic processor. You can download the tvOS 13.4 stable update on the Apple TV HD and the Apple TV 4K by heading to Settings > System > Software Update > Update Software.
