Apple today released a new update to the Apple Music app for Android which “significantly improves stability.” The latest version of the app also makes it more reliable to playback music videos on more devices.

The update is primarily focused on improving the experience of watching music videos on your Android device. Not only can Apple Music subscriber now watch music videos in full screen on their device, they can also add their favorite videos to a playlist so that they can watch them all at once. Lastly, the app now also supports background playback meaning it can continue playing back music videos in the background while you use other apps.

The full change-log of the app is as follows:

The update significantly improves stability, making music playback more reliable on more devices.
This update also introduces new experiences for music videos—
– Watch them in fullscreen or inside Now Playing.
– Continue watching music videos while browsing the app.
– Add your favorite music videos to playlists to watch them back-to-back.
– Listen to music videos in the background while using other apps.
The Apple Music app for Android has less than favorable reviews on the Play Store from over 200,000 users. The app has been downloaded anywhere between 1 to 5 million times and has an average rating of 3.5. Most users have complained about the app’s poor interface and its buggy nature. Here’s hoping that the stability improvements Apple is promising in the latest update mean that the app its now less buggy than before.
