What is Jailbreaking?
Jailbreaking is the process of removing restrictions in iOS, and allow root access to the iOS file system so that it can run software that has not been approved by Apple. It allows users to install jailbreak apps, tweaks and themes from Cydia to customize the look and feel of their device, and also enhance the functionality.

Over the last few years, the jailbreak community has released a number of jailbreak tools to jailbreak the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch for each iOS firmware file.

iOS 10 – iOS 10.2
Well-known hacker Luca Todesco, going by the Twitter handle qwertyoruiop, released the first jailbreak for iOS 10 known as Yalu. iOS 9.3.3 – iOS 9.2

iOS 9.1
You can use the Pangu jailbreak tool to jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 91.
iOS 9.0.2 – iOS 9
You can use the Pangu jailbreak tool to jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 9, iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.0.2.
iOS 8.4 – iOS 8
TaiG is a desktop jailbreak tool that lets you jailbreak your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch running iOS 8 – iOS 8.4.
If you have problems with the TaiG jailbreak then you can use the PP jailbreak tool.
iOS 8.4.1, the latest iOS Software update cannot be jailbroken currently.
iOS 7.1.2
You can use the Pangu jailbreak tool to jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 7.1.2.
iOS 6.1.6
You can use Redsn0w to (tethered) jailbreak iOS 6.1.6, and then convert it into an untethered jailbreak using the p0sixspwn package from Cydia:
