Keeping up with the developer beta, Apple has seeded the latest iterations of the pre-release software to public testers.
Apple has officially seeded the second public betas for iOS 10.2.1 and macOS Sierra 10.12.3. For those who have already signed up for the public beta program, the new iOS 10.2.1 software should now be available as an over-the-air (OTA) upgrade, which can be accessed through the Upgrade Software option in Settings –> General.
Meanwhile, for macOS Sierra public beta testers, macOS Sierra 10.12.3 public beta 2 is available as an OTA software update through the Mac App Store on machines already registered with the public beta program.
For those who have not signed up for the public beta release schedule, but want to, you can do so through Apple’s dedicated public beta testing website.
There were no forward-facing features discovered in the initial developer beta seeds, and this is the same software, so it’s not likely any will be found in the public beta, either. Still, if anything is discovered we’ll update this post accordingly. And if you find anything, let us know in the comments below.
