On April 3, just one week before the official pre-orders began for the Apple Watch, the company launched a dedicated “Guided Tours” page to show just how some pieces of functionality would work.
Now, just days after pre-orders started, Apple has updated the Guided Tours page to feature several new elements of the wearable, including Siri, Phone and Music. The new videos also include Maps, and all of them show in a brief manner just how to use elements on the device. There’s indeed a slight learning curve to the Watch, and Apple publishing these helpful videos to show potential customers just how to use the wearable is certainly a nice touch.
Earlier today, a user created quick start guide showed just how certain features, like Force Touch, Notifications and Glances can be accessed on the Watch, but these videos certainly do the wearable a bit more justice thanks to the medium implemented.
The Apple Watch will go up for sale on April 24, following the pre-orders selling out in just six hours. Potential buyers can still head into an Apple Store for a try-on appointment.
