One of the cool things about jailbreaking your iOS device is that gives you the freedom to customize just about anything on your device.

So today I take a look at two jailbreak tweaks that let you customize the Notification badges on Home screen app icons.

ColorBadges

ColorBadges changes the color of the notification badges on your iPhone or iPad’s Home screen to match the color of app icon. It also adds a white border around the badge, which gives it a nice touch.

It also works with notification badges on folders, and the color is determined by the color of the app icon that has the highest number of notifications in a particular folder.

ColorBadges is available on Cydia for $0.99. I’ve become a fan of the tweak as the matching colored badges with the white border looks quite nice.

ClassicBadges:

As the name suggests, ClassicBadges brings iOS 6-style notification badges to iOS 7. As you can see below, the iOS 6-style badges don’t look bad in iOS 7.
