Pangu team surprised everyone by released Pangu iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2 jailbreak tool to jailbreak iPhone, iPad and iPod touch on iOS 9, iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.0.2.
It has been just over 24 hours since the jailbreak was released, but we already have quite a large number of jailbreak apps and tweaks that are now working with iOS 9. So we’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite free jailbreak apps and tweaks for iOS 9 so far.
1. Anemone
Anemone is quickly replacing WinterBoard as the favorite theme manager among our readers. Anemone supports theming folder icons, applying masks, overlays and shadows to icons, changing interface colors across iOS, customizing icon labels, and applying custom blurs.

Install Anemone from the repo mentioned above. Don’t install it from the default repo as it crashes Cydia on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. If you reboot after install (from the default repo), your device will go into a bootloop.
2. WinterBoard
The best thing about jailbreaking is the ability to customize the look and feel of my iPhone. You no longer need to be greeted by the boring default look of the iOS. WinterBoard enables you to do just that, by allowing you to download custom themes from Cydia, that can be applied to completely change the look and feel of your iOS device.
3. Apple File Conduit 2
Apple File Conduit 2 gives you access to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch’s filesystem in iOS 9.
4. Bloard
Bloard brings dark theme to your iPhone’s keyboard.
5. DietBar

8. iFile
iOS 9 comes with an iCloud Drive app, but if you want a full-blown file manager, then check out iFile. It gives you access to your iPhone or iPad’s file system. It also allows you to view various types of files such as pdf, zip, etc.
9. Instrgram++
Instagram++ supercharges the Instagram app by adding features such as allowing you to download photos and videos, display timestamps for posts with customizable date/time format, hide comments in full feed view and lots more.
