Hot on the heels of the H3lix iOS 10.3.3 jailbreak for 32-bit devices like iPhone 5, iPhone 5C and iPad 4th generation, Twitter user @iBSparkes has announced that he plans to release iOS 10.3.3 jailbreak for 64-bit iOS devices called Meridian.
He explains:
‘Meridian’ is the final form of the work that’s been going on – packaged up into a nicer UI along with website etc.
This is an early alpha version of the full tool, which encompasses everything achieved in the original v0rtex-S branch into what will hopefully end up being a proper jailbreak tool. That includes r/w on root, kernel r/w, a basic amfi patch, and dropbear/SSH. This exact project is currently closed-source until a public beta is released, which will hopefully be coming in a few weeks. I want to keep it closed for now as I don’t want anyone trying to create clones of the project and cause any damage to peoples’ devices, or trying to jump the gun and install Cydia etc.
He has also shared a video to show the demo of the Meridian successfully jailbreaking iPhone 7 (iPhone9,3) running on iOS 10.3.1.

So looks like the Meridian jailbreak will be compatible with iOS 10.3.1, iOS 10.3.2, and iOS 10.3.3, the final release for iOS 10. iBSparkes hasn’t provided an ETA but has mentioned that it is coming soon.
After a long period of inactivity, there has been a frantic activity in the jailbreaking world, first with the release of iOS 11.1.2 To.Panga jailbreak, followed by the release of LiberiOS, the first jailbreak for iOS 11 – iOS 11.1.2, iPhone X and iPhone 8/iPhone 8 Plus yesterday.
We’ll keep you posted as soon as the Meridian iOS 10.3.x jailbreak for 64-bit iOS devices has been released.
