LabelUp Pro, developed by iTetuo, gives you the ability to change the position of the app icon labels on your iPhone’s Home screen, Dock, as well as Folders, and the app switcher.

In the Settings menu, you have the option of manually setting a height for each location mentioned above. The easiest to read and most manageable places to have the icon labels is either at the bottom (where they are originally) or right above the icons.  You’re able to move the labels right in the middle of the icon, but it’s difficult to read (see video).

Here’s an example of setting the height of the labels to 75.

As you can see each label is right on top of the icon and it looks pretty good in my opinion.
