Apple has released the sixth (and probably the last) iOS 12.4, fifth watchOS 5.3, fourth macOS 10.14.6 beta for developers. The latest build can be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center and will also be available as an over-the-air update for devices that are already enrolled.
As expected the new beta’s don’t seem to come with any changes. This means that Apple has focussed on improving the performance and fixing the bugs, which is not unusual for a developer beta. It is quite likely that this could be the last round of beta updates before we move to the final versions.
As far as build numbers are concerned, sixth iOS 12.4 build number is 16G5069a, the fifth watchOS 5.3 beta build number is 16U5566a and the fourth macOS 10.14.6 beta build is numbered 18G71a. It is worth noting that Apple is offering developer betas for upcoming operating systems including iOS 13, iPadOS 13, tvOS 13, watchOS 6, and macOS 10.15.
Apple is due to launch Apple Card this summer and the iOS 12.4 could very well act as a launchpad. It is quite possible that Apple might unlock the Apple Pay feature once the update is available to the public. That being said, the developers beta might still have some bugs that will hamper your day-to-day usage. We do not recommend using beta builds on daily driver devices.
