Earlier today, Apple released iOS 9.3.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to fix an issue that caused apps to be unresponsive after tapping on links in Safari and other apps in iOS 9.3.
The update is available as a standard over-the-air (OTA) release, or through iTunes if you connect your iOS device directly. If you’re not getting the OTA update, then you can also download it using the direct download links and update your device manually:
