Pangu Jailbreak iOS 9.2 - iOS 9.3.3

The English version of iOS 9.3.3 Pangu jailbreak released last week came with a limitation. The certificate used to sign the Pangu app lasted for only 7 days and had to be renewed every week. Fortunately, the team has now released version 1.1 update of the Pangu jailbreak that provides an option for getting a 1 year enterprise certificate.

When you use install the latest Pangu .iPA file onto your device using Cydia Impactor, you will find a new option in the jailbreak app that says “Use embedded certificate effective until April 2017”. By ticking this option and proceeding with the jailbreak, the certificate will last till April 2017. That means you no longer have to re-install the Pangu jailbreak app every week to renew its certificate.

Pangu 1.1 Jailbreak

This is a great news for those who are not enrolled in Apple Developer Program as they can now use Pangu’s enterprise certificate to sign the app for 1 year.

In case you want to stick with the 7 day certificate or use your own certificate, you simply have to untick the option in the jailbreak app that says “Use embedded certificate effective until April 2017”.

Users who are already jailbroken can also get the 1 year certificate. All you have to do is to delete the current jailbreak app off your device and then use Cydia Impactor to install the latest Pangu .iPA file onto your device. Just make sure you tick the “Use embedded certificate effective until April 2017” option in the app while jailbreaking to sign the app for 1 year.
