Apple has just released iOS 11.0.1 software update to fix bugs and improvements for iPhone or iPad, including a fix for the Exchange e-mail server bug that prevented many users from sending email from Outlook, Office 365, and Exchange Server email accounts.

We have got several complaints from our readers that they’re not able to install iOS 11.0.1 software update. There could be several reasons why you’re not getting the iOS 11.0.1 update. One of them could be if you’re trying to install it on an iOS device that is not compatible with iOS 11.

You may also encounter the issue if you had installed iOS 11 GM. You will need to delete the iOS Beta Software Profile from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch that you had installed for beta testing to get the update.

You can follow these steps:

STEP 1: Launch the Settings app.

STEP 2: Scroll down, and tap Profile.

STEP 3: Tap iOS Beta Profile.

STEP 3: Tap Delete Profile. Enter the passcode when prompted.

STEP 4: It will inform you that deleting this profile will change settings on your iOS device. Tap Delete to continue.

That’s it, now navigate to Settings > General > Software Update, and you should get the iOS 11.0.1 software update. If it still doesn’t show up, then restart your iPhone or iPad. If restart also doesn’t help, then you can install the iOS 11.0.1 update by downloading the IPSW firmware file and installing it manually using iTunes.
