Apple released iOS 9.3 on March 21st, iOS 9.3.1 on March 31 and iOS 9.3.1 on May 16.
iOS 9.3 includes a number of new features such as Night Shift, ability to protect notes with a password or Touch ID, revamped News app, support for Apple Music in CarPlay, information about the data usage while using Wi-Fi assist, updated health app and lots more.
iOS 9.3.1, iOS 9.3.2, iOS 9.3.3, iOS 9.3.4 and iOS 9.3.5 include a number of bug fixes and security improvements.
There is currently no tool available to jailbreak iOS 9.3.5 or iOS 9.3.4. However, you can jailbreak iOS 9.3.3 or lower. We’ll let you know as soon we’ve any further updates.
