Apple today released iOS 7.0.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iCloud Keychain and a number of bug fixes, but if you’re planning to jailbreak your device, then you’ll have to stay away from this update, according to evad3rs team member Musclenerd.
Update:
MuscleNerd has now confirmed that it is safe to update to iOS 7.0.3 if you’re already on iOS 7/7.0.1/7.0.2.
The golden rule of jailbreaking is to avoid updating to the latest version to improve your chances of jailbreaking your iOS device and this time is no different.
Musclenerd tweeted this:
Potential iOS7 jailbreakers should stay away from today's 7.0.3 for now. Too early to tell if it closes anything important for JB.

The evad3rs team appears to have all the pieces for an iOS 7 jailbreak, but they don’t quite have a release date or timeline yet. Musclenerd’s tweet suggests that not updating to iOS 7.0.3 is a precautionary measure, as they still don’t know if it closes the exploits they have in reserve.
