Pangu iOS 9 Jailbreak

Pangu team has released a new version of their jailbreak tool for iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2. Pangu 1.2.0 includes the latest version of Cydia, and some bug fixes.

Pangu 1.1 fixes the Manage Storage bug, and the issue that prevented users from accessing url scheme in Mobile Safari.

Here’s the complete change log:

1. Bundle latest Cydia with new Patcyh which fixed failure to open url scheme in MobileSafari
2. Fixed the bug that “preferences -> Storage&iCloud Usage -> Manage Storage” keeps spinning

Pangu has also released a new package on Cydia to update the Pangu 9.0.x Untether package, and a new package called Patcyh to fix the issue in Mobile Safari.

Pangu 1.2 Jailbreak

If you were not able to successfully jailbreak your device, then you can try again using Pangu 1.2.0 jailbreak. You can download it from our Download Pangu Jailbreak page. Pangu iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2 jailbreak is currently only available for Windows users. Pangu team seems to be working on the Mac version, and have said that it is “coming soon” on their website.

Check out our step-by-step guide on how to jailbreak iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2 along with a video tutorial if you need help:

As we’ve reported earlier, Apple has patched two Pangu iOS 9 Jailbreak vulnerabilities in iOS 9.1, so you won’t be able to use Pangu Jailbreak if you’ve upgraded to iOS 9.1. You will need to downgrade to iOS 9.0.2 to be able jailbreak your iOS device.

Let us know how it goes in the comments.
